This is Lorraine. She came to tour the model Helen and I have been working on at Vintage.
Lorraine hates stairs as evidenced by the grimace on her face. Actually, I believe that grimace might be permanent. You see I think Lorraine might be special.
As she entered she was quick to spell out her distain for stairs. It seems to me that perhaps she shouldn't be touring two-story homes.
Before she continued her tour upstairs(!), she was overheard telling the agent how she's a neighbor (in a one-story home) and that she's "not looking forward to the new neighbors!" Wow. She's special and she's a bitch!
Meanwhile Helen and I were unpacking the new lamps for the master, and another for the living room. "More Lamps!" Lorraine announced. Helen replied that you can never have enough lamps. Lorraine answered, "until you run out of end tables to put them on!" Sassy.
She then proceeded to put on her black, generic-brand shoes (purchased at Rite Aid) with dual velcro straps - and shuffle out the door. Really she was just a big waste of everyone's time.
Looking back I feel somewhat dissed by Lorraine. Not a word out of her complimenting our beautifully designed model. Hateful.
